To get started, we’ll need some basic information about your project, including:
If you have prints from an architect or designer, please send those as well. If not, a rough sketch with dimensions works perfectly fine (see our example on the left).
If you already have a budget range in mind, it’s very helpful for us to know that upfront so we can guide you toward materials and design choices that fit your goals and budget.
You’re always welcome to stop by our showroom, but we appreciate a quick call, text, or email beforehand when possible.
Once we have enough information, we’ll prepare a free estimate for you.
Please note:
Estimates are usually emailed as a PDF, but we can also print or mail a copy if preferred. Signing the estimate simply allows us to continue moving forward with the project process, it does not lock in pricing or authorize production.
Final pricing may change after selections and final measurements are completed.
Next, we’ll create preliminary drawings based on the information provided. Most projects go through a few revisions, which is completely normal. We typically meet with customers at our showroom 2–5 times throughout the process to review revisions and finalize selections such as:
To help keep the process moving efficiently, we ask that you save up revision requests for scheduled meetings when possible.
Before final measurements, we’ll also need:
A 50% down payment is required to reserve a spot on our installation calendar. Once the design is finalized, we’ll send over the Cabinet Design Approval and Production Authorization Agreement for you to sign.
Before production begins, we’ll complete a final field measurement to confirm everything fits properly. Small dimensional adjustments are normal at this stage and will not affect pricing. If a major edit that will change the overall design or price is necessary, we will consult with you.
Before production starts, all final selections must be submitted, including:
Once production begins, design changes typically cannot be accommodated.
Unless requested otherwise, installation pricing will be included in your estimate.
Our installers are responsible for installing cabinets purchased from us, but they do not:
If you purchase countertops through us, we’ll coordinate templating and installation after cabinetry installation is complete.
We always love seeing photos of the finished project!
